Making sigs service

Unfortunely I don't have a sig yet. But I saw some on the internet but don't want to steal it or something like that. I wish I can make my own sig.

But anyway from previous forums I went to, for people that can't make any sigs there are people making sigs for them.

It's more like a request forum where users request what pictures do they want, what words they want, what color, and other stuff.

Here's how they work.

The users that can make sigs or avatars can post their service on the forum. They show their examples of the sigs they make and the non sigmakers can choose which user.

Then they request their stuff and that sig maker can make it for them. And there's no money involved.

So I'm wondering if this can work.
