Drawing Styles

When meeting people who draw as well, you see different ways that they draw. So I decided to put down this topic so we can share the methods of how we draw original work and Fan art.

For myself I begin drawing the eyes then the face and I go on from there when I'm doing a half body drawing. Though for the full body I draw guide lines so I can get the proportions correct, and after making the outline I go into the designs which I have fun with.

I normally start out with basic circle structures of the head and flesh out the more prominent features of the bust like nose, mouth, general expression, hair, and neck. Eyes normally come last and then I begin sketching out the basic body proportions for poses.

What I usually do it that I draw the outline for both eyes, and don't spend too much time on one so that they can look the same.
