| Over-exaggerated tales might be the stuff legends, with fair maidens being swept off their feet by greedy deities, banshees moaning their sorrowful songs to lure the innocent children, or travelers being cursed by an ancient chalice. However, legends remind humans that encounters and coincidences are not matters to be trifled with. If one remains ignorant to their surroundings and the legends, there is no telling what may happen next.
Our story opens up with two unlikely travelers who met up at the local tavern. They have been traveling far across Europe on the high-road towards France, and through their idle chatter, the two found out they were going towards the same destination: a small mysterious French cloister known for its miracles and prophecies. After a hefty round of drinks and food, the two decided to journey together and keep each other company. Both of them knew of the dangers along the high-road, however, encountering the supernatural was not on their agenda.Players: Noobles and Windscimitars only (might open up to others later) Genre: post-Renaissance/medieval, supernatural, drama, thriller Inspirations: The Canterbury Tales by George Chaucer, boredom, fairytales and the supernatural

| Basic Rules:1) No godmodding and OP scenes please, we don't to have another Kirito-type of situation
2) Keep cussing to a minimum, even if your character is the pirate-scallywag type.
3) Violence scenes should also be not too descriptive (ex. "Gushing crimson guts splattered against the walls dying the walls with wriggling intestines") and sex scenes should be time-skipped. KEEP IT PG-13 because we don't want people complaining to us that the RP scarred them for life.
4) Noobles and Windscimitars are the moderators/owner of this roleplay, so make an unnecessary ruckus with everyone else and we are entitled to kick you out. If you have any questions, feel free to PM us your questions!
5)You can type however you are most accustomed to roleplaying (script, paragraph, etc.), but keep it third person and your posts not of something novel length please.
6) When talking to other members outside of the roleplay, be nice and remember, this site is still under school regulations and we can have you reported if you start playing dirty

| (Introduction: Oslac Müller is a traveling jester gifted in the lute and the pan flute. He is a rather facetious man in search for the delights of the world, but also secretive and ambiguous. Pride tends to be his biggest vice with greed coming close in second. He is currently seeking the small cloister after hearing some "interesting" stories about fairies guarding the cloister from dangerous foes.)
The high-road to France at the blush of dawn was void of travelers and the usual bustle. Only the silence of the early morning was disturbed by the slow clopping of their horses's hooves on the worn dirt path. Wanting to pass the silent morning, Oslac whipped out his pan flute and began to play a slow haunting melody.

| Following closely behind, Leon Luis was leaning on the back half of the horse while still sitting in the saddle. He was quite the self centered lad as he had a rope attached to Oslac's horse. While gazing at the sky, he began to think about the stories Oslac persuaded him into pursuing. His hands reached out at the stars as dawn daylight began to take over. | |

| As he finished playing on his pan flute, the last eerie notes of the song seemed to echo in their surroundings. "What'cha staring up at?" He asked his companion casually, turning his gaze upwards to the fleeting stars and approaching dawn. | |

| Leon continues staring at sky as he lifts his hand reaching towards it. "My mother used to tell me about stories about Gods and Devils fighting in the sky and stars. Supposedly the stars twinkling indicates a fight."
Eventually, the daylight brighten the sky. Leon brought himself back right up and blinked at Oslac.

| "Is that so?..." Oslac said, slightly amused at his companion's response. "Then enlighten me," He began, pointing at a fading but still twinkling constellation (Draco) in the distance, "what kind of battle is brewing over yonder?” | |
