SAO Rolplay: Continuum

It has been a year since the events at the breaching brigades training camp, people continue following the guild others left and faded into the shadows. With the organization moving again, what will you do to take this world by storm.

Dan plopped down onto the ground, a bottle of liquor in one hand and a glass in the other, and poured himself a drink. He returned to the forest where his teacher was killed, and he started praying, and payed his respects. During his moment of silence, he felt something hit him in the back of the head, and he exclaimed, "Ow!" He looked around and saw a small stone, and as he searched the tree line, he saw Yuki. He called out to him, "Hey! Want a drink?"

Yukikaze saw Dan but didn't say much he just noded though there was a small noticeable figure behind him an apprentice maybe. Delta walked to Dan with the apprentice behind him. " How are you?" he asked

"Just fine, I've been doing pretty well since the Meifeng_Sifu's death." He paused to take a sip of his liquor, then continued. "I started up this little gym on level 44 and there's been some business. I haven't heard from you since 'that' day... and who's that behind you?"

"I've been avoiding the organization for some time" he said "I've decided to start of a guild/group, many have friends who fall victim to the organization. Though our main goal isn't for vengeance" . He took a sip of the liquor, then looked behind him to the cloaked figure. "This kid is Theta, that's all I know found him a few hours ago now he won't stop following me"

"Seems like a nice kid," Dan remarked. "I got a girl back at the gym. She's got a certain energy about her, just like Sifu." Dan looked down at the ground, pausing for a moment. "But that's not what I'm supposed to be talking about, now is it? I assume you're here to recruit me for this guild of yours?"

"If you up for the challenge, then sure" he said "Though I also need you to tell you something else: The guy that killed you Sifu is dead, we tracked him down to one of the lower levels. The second in command made sure we got everything we needed before we let everybody else decide"

"That man hurts people, I'm glad he's gone" The small figure said, as a closer look you can see his features, purple hair, and gold eyes, just like Delta's.

Dan sighed, clearly not happy with the results of his fight last year. "I beat his senseless, break some bones, and this is what I get? Him running around like nothing's happened? Man, why can't people learn when to quit?" He stood up and stretched for a little while, then turned to Delta. "Yeah, count me in. Just give me some time to get some things together back at my gym."

"Bring along some of your friends too" Delta said

"Will do," Dan said confidently as he used a teleport crystal to go back to his gym on level 44. As he entered his establishment, he saw a girl with dark hair and tanned skin working the bags. "Hey Lupa, you have anything planned for the next couple weeks?"

The tanned, seemingly thai girl turned from the bag, beads of sweat falling from her face. "Nah," she panted, "I got nothing to do, why?" Lupa readjusted her long hair into a wild ponytail, its length reaching the middle of her back.

"An old friend of mine wants me to join up for a guild that he's starting. I'm assuming you're in?"

"Heck yeah! Let me get my stuff!" She exclaimed as she ran off to sort her things into her inventory, her room above the gym as she is a tenant there.

"That girl, she's wild, just like Sifu," Dan sighed, reminiscing on his past memories with Meifang and anticipating the new memories that Lupa would create.

Yuck waited for Dan at the spawn point of level 66, the majority of the area was a large expanse of grain fields, and a few buildings scattered around.

"Hey Delta!" Dan called out as he came through the spawn point with his martial arts disciple following closely behind him. "I thought this place would be a bit more.... grand." He said flatly after looking around a bit.

"So you're the boss's buddy? I always imagined you to be a bit taller." Lupa said in disbelief, her preconceived image of Delta falling short of reality. "Anyways, I'm going to be helping out the boss from now on, mmkay?"

Delta sweatdropped, yes he was short but no one needed to emphasize on that. "You'll se soon." He said as the four of them walked southward to a small shack, he opened the door as part of the inside seemed to be an elevator.

Another man walked by as he looked at Delta. "We're still testing"

Dan and Lupa both entered the elevator shack and were amazed by what was being shown to them. Large testing sites and many men were in place, working all all sorts of things. Lupa exclaimed, "Whoa! There's got to be at least a month's worth of rent in here!"

Soon after she said that, Dan smacked her on the head, "No stealing. Delta's showing us around, probably for a good reason. Go talk to Theta or something."

"Fine. Hi Theta." She said flatly.

Delta rubbed the back of his neck, "though it's still in Beta. We've manage to build the lower level of the fort, which are the living spaces and training areas. "The other man left off of one of the floor,none with a long hallway and metal doors on each side. They went lower till they got to what looked like the control room, a long table has been set up with maps of different levels. Threats nods and said back " hello"

Dan looked around the room, and inspected the maps. "I guess this is where we'll be planning our raids and such in the near future?" Dan asked inquisitively. "These are some pretty tough raids, so how are we gonna get through it with us four?"

Slightly farther away from the two men, Lupa asked mischeviously, "So Theta, what do you like about Delta? Are you in loooove <3?" Lupa was having fun teasing the mild mannered individual.

"I never said it would just be four of us, he talked back. We already have agents on the field, though not all of the plans deal with forces. Others have things like establishing spy networks or connections. Delta quipped.
Theata looked at Lupa his face red "'Why? What? No no no no no no, no crush everything is just for business.

"Then what's my job? There's got to be something for me to do," Dan inquired, anxious to get moving. "By the way, have you heard from the others at the Breaching Brigade?"

"Ooh, buisiness! What kind?" Lupa was having the time of her life, but she was soon getting a little restless, not doing anything.

Well yes there is" he said " I want you to train the members, it doesn't have to be your style but anything is good. Also don't worry about any ambushes like last time, the entire area is filled with security camera and sensors. One more thing Don't Get On Cassy's Bad side" he said


Theta's face turned red like a Tomato, he alsmost breath a sigh of relief when he heard a door open behind him but began to stutter " Auntie-e Ca-s-ay t-told me not to tell"

As the door slid open, Dan turned around and saw a woman walk in and he greeted, "Hello, you must be Cassy. I'm Dan, a new instructor here." He then bowed deeply, out of respect.

" It's a pleasure to meet you as well" she said, her voice had a European accent to it, meaning she wasn't a native to Japan. What you can see from her is that she wore reserved armor, from some unique and rare materials, and non of that showy stuff you see on other women. Her deep blue eyes seemed to sparkle from the dark tour height that illuminated the room. Her black hair was cut short as behing her on her back was a large claymore.

" I have not heard of anything from breaching brigade other than there dungeon run last year" he answered.

Theata was shaking his face still red and flustered.

"Well, it's been nice getting the gang back together, but I'm gonna go train some of the members." Dan said as he excused himself. "Lupa, let's go," He said without looking as he grabbed some of his things and left.

"Right-o Boss!" She cheerfully said as she patted Theta on the head and quipped, "See ya, lover boy!"

As they left the room, Dan gave Lupa a sharp tongue lashing, "You shouldn't have teased that boy like that. Can't you show some femininity?" He massaged his brow as he muttered, "Even Sifu wasn't this bad.."

As he arrived at the training area, he saw a number of players; male, female, high level, low level, everything.
He addressed the group in a loud voice, "I'm your instructor from now on, you guys! I'm Dan and today's the first lesson. If you guys can bring me to half HP, you can move on to the next lesson." He assumed his boxing stance as he whispered, "Lupa, you come at me too."

Cassy walked into the room and had a grin on her face, she nodded at other guys. Some charged at him with spiked shields other dissapeared in a veils of smoke as other seemed to come down from the ceiling. Each of them didn't seem to get in the way of each other different groups acted together, a frightening force of speed, strength, and cunning.

Dan breathed deeply, feeling the air churn from the movement of all the people rushing at him. He felt at peace, finally being able to use Meifeng's teaching in actual combat. He met the players with shields head on exposing their weaknesses and dealing with them quickly and efficiently while also giving them advice such as, "Keep your guard up," or "Lower you center of gravity." The ones that disappeared in smoke came next, as he told them that they should mask their "killing intent".

This trend went on for almost all for all of the mooks until Dan came up to Lupa. Mentally, Dan made a note that Lupa's ferocity and instincts were stronger than his, but she didn't have enough finesse. Her steamroller attitude came the closest to beating the boxer, but it wasn't enough as he knocked her out with a blow the head.

Finally, it was one on one. Most of the other players had been immobilized or lost the will to fight against the master boxer. Cassy stood some distance away from him, and he was done with his warm up as he issued his challenge, "Well then, let's get the main event started!"

" Alright then" she said bad. She took her claymore with both hands and charged, close to Dan she then swung it to the ground causing a impact unevening it. The floor over, the traing room was two level though the top level had windows so people can view.
