I was wondering if I'm allowed to do a full-on review of Video Games before I actually recommend them...I believe a full review will provide a better understanding as to why I would recommend a game.

I think it would go under "Your Recs & Reviews" (recs = recommendations?).
To kind of add on to that...
I would like to do full-on reviews of anime :] I like to write/talk

It's good to ask, just in case^^
